Lead Time.

All jewelry listings will have a lead time of 5 to 7 business days. Please allow 2 additional business days for engraved pieces.

Materials & Care.

All jewelry is cast in solid gold or sterling silver in New York City. Diamonds are ethically and locally sourced.

To clean your jewelry, use a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap with a soft-bristled brush. All jewelry comes with a complimentary polishing cloth. When not worn, store your pieces in soft cloth bags or the original box to help prevent scratches.

Shipping.

All orders ship within 48 hours of end of lead time. On average, you can expect to receive your order 10-15 business days after ordering. All shipments are insured and require signature.

Buzz Bijoux is not responsible for stolen, or incorrect address deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges.

Items may not be returned for refund. Exchanges are accepted up to 15 business days after receipt of order. Exchanges can be made for equal value or gift card balance.

Repairs.

All jewelry is applicable for maintenance and repair at any time following purchase. Please email info@buzzbijoux.com with subject Repair, including description of issue and photo. Items cannot be resized but can be exchanged for equal or higher value items.

Custom Orders.

Though jewelry collections are casted exclusively in 10k yellow gold and sterling silver, designs can be made in an array of finishes and will be considered bespoke. Custom ordering information can be found on Customs Page.
